This course is designed specifically for all law-abiding citizens intending to Prevent – Avoid – Secure - Survive (P.A.S.S.) violent criminal activities.  This course will consist of 12 hours of training on two separate days.  

Upon completing the course, you will better understand the property line into your home standing of Victims, Volunteers, and Victors (V3 Syndrome).  You will gain a better experience creating strategies for securing your home at your speed and budget.  We will discuss natural disaster preparedness and pre-hospital trauma care.

In essence, the Guild will show you how to defend yourself better and increase your chances of survival if that day ever comes.  Students do not need a previous military, law enforcement, or security training to join this course. I-FDS is designed for anyone 18+ of age.  With a no-ego mindset from the Guild cadre, you will enjoy this one-of-a-kind course.

Course Title: Exterior-Family Defensive Solutions (E-FDS)

This course is designed specifically for all law-abiding citizens intending to Prevent – Avoid - Survive (P.A.S.) violent criminal activities.  This course will consist of 12 hours of training on two separate days.  

Upon completing the course, students will better understand Victims, Volunteers, and Victors (V3 Syndrome).  You will better understand creating strategies for securing yourself and others in a public setting.  You will learn about the crime in your area and how to prepare better when out. The guild will teach you the foundation of vehicle safety and preventing crimes of opportunity against you.  You’ll also get information on mitigating violent criminal attacks and ways to defend yourself if such attacks occur. During this course, there will be a module of training to equip you with pre-hospital trauma care and a “Stop the Bleed” certification.  

Finally, we will discuss natural disaster preparedness, establishing communications, and P.A.C.E. plans. To equip yourself and your family with a better awareness.  Students do not need to have previous military, law enforcement, or security training to join this course. E-FDS is designed for anyone 18+ of age.  With a no-ego mindset from the Guild cadre, you will enjoy this one-of-a-kind course.

Critical Response Solutions

CRS - Designed for Patrol and School Resource Officers

Course Title: Critical Response Solutions (CRS)

Course Duration: 2 Day or 18hr Course

Course Cost: $500.00 per person

This course is designed explicitly for Patrol, School Resource Officers, Small Agency Responders, and other First Responders that may be required to make entry rapidly and overcome an engaged threat. The overview of this course is broken down into the following:

• Breaching

• Close Quarter Movement

• Pre-Hospital Care

• Reality Based Scenarios

Critica Response Solutions course is specifically designed to equip officers with a modern and principle-based approach to responding to an active killer situation. The attendees will learn how to move in single, dual, or small cell team scenarios and assess potential breaching targets and pre-hospital needs.

They will learn the foundational principles of Priorities-Intent-Action (P.I.A.), which will build in the future courses. Guild Solutions Group teaches mission-based movement that is dynamic and deliberate. Put "we dominate the structure by Throttle Control."

Breaching is taught in this course by some of the most experienced breaching instructors in the world. Attendees will learn to identify inward and outward openings, and commercial and laminate glass doors. They will be introduced to simple surreptitious methods and the Breach Pen while learning the fundamentals of mechanical breaching.

Nationally recognized experts teach our pre-hospital curriculum, and current paramedics with extensive backgrounds in domestic medical care. Attendees will learn M.A.R.C.H. assessments, receive a Stop the Bleed certification, and other pre-hospital emergency care.

Ultimately, this course will produce a more well-rounded and better-trained individual to address critical and time-sensitive engaged threats. We look forward to working with you and your agency.

Strategic Kinetic Solutions

SKS - Designed for Narcotic, Task Forces, and High-Crime Suppression Teams

Course Title: Strategic Kinetic Solutions (SKS)

Course Duration: 3 Days or 30hr Course

Course Cost: $900.00 per person

This is a training event for Law Enforcement (or equivalent) Narcotics, Task Force, or Crime Suppression to include S.W.A.T. The overview of this course is broken down into the following:

• Breaching
• Close Quarter Movement - Kinetic
• Close Quarter Movement - Strategic
• Scenario Based Problem Solving

This Strategic Kinetic Solutions course is in a class of its own, and designed specifically for regional task forces (Homeland, U.S. Marshall, FBI., etc.), Narcotic Teams, and similar divisions. Attendees will be provided information to assist in high-crime areas focusing on narcotic suppression and fugitive apprehension.

Guild Cadre will facilitate learning of multiple breaching mentally and emotionally, challenging individual ideologies to include some covert methods. Other topics to be taught are how to utilize area denial expediently and safely, planning movement to an objective, moving toward the goal, and handling suspects and evidence safely. There will be an emphasis on Close Quarter Movement, where deliberate and dynamic meet, and Throttle Control®is a must.

Attendees should be able to identify Priorities - Intent - Actions (P.I.A.). Movement within small cells (2-3) and large cells will be demonstrated and taught to allow a broader scope of interoperability between single teams or joint jurisdiction teams. Attendees will learn how to navigate the complications effectively and safely within hallways, stairwells.

This course will be full of valuable information that will mentally, and physic. The Guild teaches the What, the Why, and the How.

Operational Breaching Solutions

OBS - A full-spectrum breaching course designed for Special Response Teams.

Course Title: Operational Breaching Solutions (OBS)

Course Duration: 4 Day or 40hr Course

Course Cost: $1,200.00 per person

This training event is for LE (or equivalent) Special Response Officers or White Side Special Operation Forces.

Operational Breaching Solutions has been created to provide law enforcement and government agencies with the knowledge, techniques, and methodology to conduct breaching at an operational tempo. Attendees will learn how to skillfully perform breaching (non-energetic) in mechanical, ballistic, power tools, and pneumatic tools, and an introduction to surreptitious entry methods in this 40hr course.

The guild cadre will facilitate current learning methods with mechanical tools to learn proper swing techniques, prevent injury, and increase a capacity for success. Attendees will learn failed breach procedures and set up internal SOPs. We will also dive into the nomenclature of a pry, a pick, and a fork, understanding leverage and centrifugal force. Also, in this module, we will discuss and teach post-breach procedures when a mechanical option is utilized.

Ballistic breaching will be taught from an in-depth point of view to understand proper carriage, application, and safety considerations. There will be a discussion of various breaching munitions and their advantages and disadvantages from a technical and data point of view. Attendees will be taught about legal responsibilities and applications of such methods. In this learning module, we will learn how to deal with self-induced equipment malfunctions; to ensure that the attendee can handle all ballistic situations they may face.

In this course, we will discuss, demonstrate, and validate tools. These tools will include pneumatic options, and power tools, which provide for chainsaws, demo saws, and other handheld options. An in-depth look at electric vs. gas-powered devices will be explained and demonstrated.

Finally, we will introduce attendees to covert methods such as the Lishi Tools, Searat, and Shove knives. This teaching will culminate in realistic scenarios with KPIs to validate learning.

Course Title: Operational Breaching Solutions - Instructor (OBS- I)

Course Duration: 4 Day or 40hr Course

Course Cost: $1,200.00 per person

This training event is for LE (or equivalent) Range Officers, Special Response Officers.

This Operational Breaching Instructor course has been modeled to provide law enforcement and Government agencies with the knowledge, techniques, and methodology to conduct in-house breaching operations on an instructor level safely and effectively. Attendees will learn how to skillfully oversee breaching programs (non-energetic), set up agency training, and set standards of professionalism and proficiency.


The guild cadre will facilitate current learning methods based on proven principles of Mechanical, Power Tools, Pneumatic, and Ballistic Breaching, to ensure attendees are proficient at safely teaching, operating, and maintaining these tools and programs. In this course, attendees can develop departmental procedures and identify safety concerns and violations.


Attendees should be able to identify to future students' Priorities -Intent - Actions (P.I.A). Attendees can formulate and implement a med plan to ensure it is executed realistically. The Guild will implement schedules, checklists, and proper interior setup to avoid internal conflict and other safety hazards. Breaching modules will be taught systematically, enabling the student to learn quickly and safely.


Finally, attendees will be held to a professional standard, and tested to those standards, to receive a certificate of completion. Creating and implementing, Lesson Plan Creation (L.P.C.), Teach backs, balancing safety and performance, and proper presentation are some of the reasons we believe this course is a must. The Guild teaches the What, the Why, and the How.

Operational Breaching Solutions Advanced has been created to provide law enforcement and government agencies with the knowledge, techniques, and methodology to conduct breaching in an operational tempo and real-world facility. Attendees will learn how to skillfully perform advanced breaching (non-energetic) methods in mechanical, ballistic, power tools, pneumatic tools, exothermic and bypass methods, all while moving at an operational tempo.

The guild cadre will facilitate current learning methods with various tools on heavy commercial doors, walls, and other targets to demonstrate how to gain access without using energetic materials. Attendees will learn failed breach procedures and set up internal SOPs. This course is designed to complement the Operational Breaching Solutions, and it is highly recommended that you attend OBS before this advanced course.  

This is a physically demanding course where heavy breaching will occur, with multiple failure and problem-solving situations.  Along with the complexities of entry, attendees should be ready for NLT scenarios, where they will meet oppositions.

Attendees will be required to select the correct tools and correctly identify targets with minimal intel being provided.  They must have a fundamental knowledge of Casualty Field Care and understand the M.A.R.C.H. algorithm.    

Attendees will be taught about legal responsibilities and applications of such methods. In this learning module, we will learn how to deal with self-induced equ malfunctions; to ensure that the attendee can handle all ballistic situations they may face.

In this course, we will discuss, demonstrate, and validate tools. These tools will include pneumatic options, and power tools, which provide for chainsaws, demo saws, and other handheld options. Attendees with take an in-depth look at electric vs. gas-powered tools, which will be explained and demonstrated.

This course will culminate into realistic scenarios with KPIs to validate learning and end with a realistic FTX.

This course has been modeled to provide law enforcement and Government agencies with the knowledge, techniques, and methodology to conduct Close Quarter Movement on an Instructor level safely and effectively. Attendees will learn how to oversee interior structure movement skillfully, set up agency training, and set standards of professionalism and proficiency.


The guild cadre will facilitate current learning methods based on proven principles of Close Quarter Movement to ensure attendees are proficient in weapon systems, zeroing, malfunction clearance, and more. In this course, attendees can develop departmental procedures and identify safety concerns and violations.


Attendees should be able to identify future students' Priorities - Intent - Actions (P.I.A). Attendees can formulate and implement a med plan to course is necessary to create and enforce the Lesson Plan Creation (L.P.C.), Teach backs, balance safety and performance, and proper presentation to ensure it is executed realistically. The Guild will also implement schedules, checklists, and an excellent interior setup to avoid internal conflict and other safety hazards. A movement that will be discussed is singleton response to significant cell actions, actions inside o a hallway and intersections, stairwells, and primary and secondary entry points to be addressed.


Finally, attendees will be held to a professional standard and tested to those standards to receive a certificate of completion. The Guild teaches the What, the Why, and the How.

This course is a custom design for teams in a building or re-building phase. While it is not a “SWAT School,” it does reestablish the foundational principles and tenants of Situational Movement (CQB). This event is designed to get to the soul of a team by working through issues, developing trust, and sharpening skill sets by every individual.  

We will conduct rifle and pistol training, refresh o the fundamentals of breaching, dive into movement inside the structure, and exit procedure—the importance and how of team development and leadership principles. We will also conduct several mental, emotional, and physical team-building exercises during this event.

The importance of good Command & Control will be explained, and practical exercises will be conducted. We will take a deeper look into Ops Plans and the legal considerations of such plans. This course will be taught by a seasoned cadre of Guild Solutions Group that has conducted these in an operational capacity.

When your team has completed this course, they will come out refreshed and more skilled to better serve their community.  This event isn't designed to fail anyone, but it’s not intended to be easy.  Being open-minded, physically fit, and having a good attitude is necessary.
