Regional Instructor
In 2002 Bradford began his career with the United States Marine Corps. He continued his career in the Corps until 2013. He went through the ranks to become a Staff Sergeant and, eventually, a Second Lieutenant. He served as a Second Lieutenant at the Basic School, Norwich University, in the Education Program. He assisted in the development of the cadets at the University, covering leadership, tactics, and other various Marin Corps topics. He was also the Chief Combat Marksmanship Instructor for Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune. He also served as an Infantryman during that time, was a Squad Leader, Fireteam Leader, and served in 2 combat tours (Afghanistan 2004 and 2005).
In 2015 he became a Police Officer for Lafayette Police Department, Lafayette, LA, where he continues his career today. He’s worked as the training coordinator, narcotics street team, canine handler, and patrol officer. He’s currently the Assistant Commander of the Special Weapons and Tactics Team and was a shift trainer.
Bradford holds a Master of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, has gone through the Command College for National Tactical Officers Association, and has a degree in Applied Technology Diploma, Emergency Medical Technician through Valencia College. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education with a minor in Biology from Norwich University. He’s a Tactical Medical Instructor with FLETC, a Safariland Pistol Instructor, and a Use of Force Instructor. He went through Advanced SWAT, Emergency Vehicle Operations, Shoot House Instructor, Instructor Development graduate, and many more. Lastly, Bradford is a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM/CrossFit Level 1 Coach).
Adam has been connected with Guild Solutions Group for a couple of years through our Director of Training, and he’s a welcomed addition to the team.
